⭐Commission T.O.S.⭐

  • No one is allowed to re-post/redistribute my art! Only customers are allowed to post the art they get from me.

  • Regarding gift art. If you have gifted someone art, they have the right to post said art. However, if they stop communication or are ungrateful, they no longer have that right and will be requested to remove the art from wherever it’s posted/used.

  • Ref sheets must be flat colored and easily readable. It's difficult to select the correct colors on a shaded reference (cell shade refs are okay).

  • NO 3D, VR Chat, SecondLife, IMVU, or traditionally drawn refs. These are very difficult to select colors on.

  • I also DO NOT accept references created using AI imagery.

  • I reserve the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable with your idea/character or feel your idea/character is above my skill level.

  • All prices will go up if your character is complex. Complexity includes spots, stripes, tattoos, complex markings, wings, multiple spikes/horns, and multiple tails.

  • I will send you a sketch WIP. During this stage, you may request changes to the sketch. If you request changes after this, there will be a $10 fee. (Unless there is a mistake on my part)

  • My average turnaround time is roughly 2-6 months. I sometimes take longer if my mental/physical health keeps me from working.

⭐Content Policy⭐

  • I do not draw excessive fat, hyper muscles, hyper anything, pregnancy, machinery, armor, weapons (swords/knives/blades are okay)

  • I will draw micro vore and inflatables/pool toys.

⭐NSFW Content Policy⭐

  • Content I WILL NOT draw: nsfw inflatables/pool toys, hyper, scat/watersports, inflation, oviposition, or excessive cum.

  • Content I WILL draw. Light bondage (cuffs, ropes, simple shibari), foot/paw stuff, use of toys/dildos, spanking, "ghost hands", tentacles.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

I will do my best to keep you updated on artwork once I have started it. Refunds and chargebacks seriously affect my business and funds for living expenses. I am a team of two people (me and my partner, who occasionally deals with customer service). There are things out of my control that occasionally delay commissions, but as mentioned, I will do my best to update on progress. Feel free to DM me once in a while if it's been a reasonable amount of time. I cannot issue a refund the same day of being contacted.I am not a bank, financial company, loan service, or Amazon/Ebay that have funds set aside. I use funds for attending cons for business and for various household expenses. Rest assured that commissions are completed in the order they are received. Nothing will be bumped. I can provide a spreadsheet.However, if you are considering a refund in the future, here's what to keep in mind;

  • If I have started your art and provided a WIP within 30-60 days, there will be no returns unless there is a special circumstance. This will only constitute a partial return, on a case by case basis.

  • If I haven't started your art within 80 days, please contact me and I will give you an idea of a timeframe. Either a WIP and/or an estimated completion time.

  • If I haven't haven't started your art within 15 days after the previous step, I will work with you on an agreeable solution.

  • If it's been 89 days, please contact me and I will resolve the issue the best I can.

Special circumstances on a case by case basis for arbitrary reasons, such as groceries, non grocery items, rent, loan payments, back payments, non emergency, etc will not be approved. Commissions for art are considered non essential goods and services and are handled differently.

Regarding chargebacks: requesting a chargeback after I have worked with you on an agreeable solution and have sent you a progress report is FRAUD and has ZERO tolerance.
Reading this terms of service for KITARCUS is binding and assumes agreement in order to request a commission. Failure to read and agree to the TOS automatically forfeits your ability to commission now and in the future.
